Market Day Festival Chicago is a street festival with music honoring the LGBTQ+ community. Trick or Treat on Southport allows families and children to dress in costume while providing goodies and an inflatable pumpkin patch.

The Belmont Theater District is the site of over 50 theaters and hundreds of shops. The Belmont Harbor is one of the largest marinas on the lake, with over 800 slips and star docks for superyachts. Residents can also join the Chicago Yacht Club, the Belmont Yacht Club, or the Chicago Match Race Center.
